Privacy policy

What we collect

• From your edelkrone.com account: your customer id, name and email address.
• From your edelkrone.com orders: the product SKUs, used only to list the devices you own. We do not store order details, prices or addresses.
• Devices you add yourself: model and serial number.
• Connected assistants: the assistant's name and when you connected it.

How we use and store it

We use this information to show your profile and to tailor documentation and answers to your devices. It is stored on Cloudflare's platform (Workers, D1 and KV). Access tokens are stored only as hashes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your assistant receives the information returned by the tools you use through it. We do not share your data with other third parties.

Retention

We keep your account data until you delete your account from your profile. Website sessions expire after 30 days; assistant connections expire after 90 days without use.
